| Over on Hacker News someone described a piece of my code as "beautiful" (http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1474963) and so I figured it would be good to have a place where we could all submit beautiful or fascinating code. UseTheSource is intended to be the inverse of Daily WTF. We don't want to see examples of hideous coding. Come here to learn about interesting code, coding styles, and algorithms. Another type of entry might be an explanation of how something works. For example, a detailed description of how Rails routes operate would be of interest. UseTheSource is a sort of counterpart to Hacker News. UseTheSource is all about the code, and not about the business. I've submitted a few pieces of my own code as examples. Submit away! |
